Effortless Meditation

Young Woman

The challenging new isolation from each other that we are experiencing, is an invitation for us to STOP, become keenly Present and return to what is real and meaningful in our lives. Nature has been calling to us for quite some time through global warming, hurricanes, drought and now this Pandemic. How can we restore our harmonious relationship to this world and each other? This requires a steady heart and focused mind which can arise from a simple daily meditation practice…. a practice that becomes increasingly available “on the spot “ whenever we need to regain our calm center.

For over 40 years I have freely taught my students and many of my clients a simple, direct meditation practice that restores inner peace and clear awareness. If you don't have a reliable meditation practice and would like to learn this effortless way to calm the busy mind in stressful times, this upcoming class is my offering to you.
